If you want to place an order, you must register and sign in. You must provide your true address and telephone number. This is necessary for payment verification and delivery. We will not disclose your personal inform to anyone else. After signing in, you can start shopping. Choose the item you like. Click to see product details and further click to see enlarged photos and photos of more optional sizes. You can pull down the size box to select difference sizes. When a selection is made, click "Add to cart". After you have selected as many items as you like, review your shopping cart and then click checkout.
How long will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 3 working days. You can check your order status by logging in My Order. All orders are now shipped by express mail services directly from our factory in China. Normally it takes 7 - 10 days for your order to arrive.
How does my order pass the Customs clearance in your country?
We appoint shipping agents to clear the Customs and prepay Customs duty. Customs duty will be collected from us. In case you receive a Customs duty notice, please pay it first, then scan the paid notice and send it to us by email. This payment will be refunded to you immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want make a change to or cancel your order, you can do it by logging on My Order. But if your order has been delivered, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Custom made orders cannot be cancelled once preparation of order is started.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Our credit card payments are processed by Paypal payment processing service under authenticated SSL digital certificates which provide crucial online identity and security for customers.
How is my order shipped?
For standard shipping, you will receive your orders within 3 weeks. At present all orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We will soon set up a warehouse in North America. We use most express postal services like EMS, DHL, UPS and Fedex to ship your orders. But don't worry about international postal charges. We will charge you just as low as local express postal charges
For orders under value of US$200.00, we charge you a standard shipping charge. For orders over US$200.00, shipping is free.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order after it's been shipped. Login to your account and check Order Tracking. If you're not sure if your order has been shipped yet, please sign in to your account and view your Order History.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order or part of your order, or if you find some defects, you can return it by same postal service and to same address from where it was shipped within 15 days after you receive it. So keep original packing and shipping label. You can also exchange your order to replace a defected item or for a different pattern.
For defects exchange orders, shipping is free. You can choose shipping fees to be collected.
Shipping charges may apply to all return orders.
How do I use my coupon?
If you received our coupons, you can use them at you next purchases. You can use only one coupon at each purchase. Simply copy coupon number to purchase page, discounts are automatically deducted from your purchase amount.
Do you do back orders?
We may do back orders if an item is out of stock, but only upon buyer's confirmation
Do you have a catalogue?
Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.
How do I calculate my table size?
Measure the length and width of your table in centimeter. Then decide how much fabric you'd like draping from your tabletop...that's the drop. Add table size with 2 times drop. That is the size you need. Then choose the shape as below. The find the nearest size in our products to fit your table.
